I'm on Corellia, looked thru 3 towns, checked guild halls, found every type of trainer but Tailor and Chef 3 times now.

I don't know about other cities on Corellia, but I do know Doaba Guerfel, because that is where I live, and a Tailor Trainer lives there too. He hangs out at the Public Crafting stations past the guild halls not far from the local Cantina. I am not sure about Chefs, because I don't cook .
