for some reason alot of my customers are complaining about disappearing tailored items. When ever someone buys something from my shop, equips it , and then catches a transport , the item is disappears and does not return even after a reboot. Anyone else seeing this?

Yup, happened twice to my customers yesterday. One item came back after a few hours and the other was back the next morning. It's kinda bad for business to have your items just disappearing after a sale.

It happens to my customers all the time. They tell me that the stuff they bought just disappeared from their inventory. I ask if they traveled recently, it's always yes. So I tell them to log for long enough for their avatar to disappear from the world (15-30 mins). They come back, and tell me the stuff is back. It'snot deleted, it's like it's invisible. It's a pretty pat answer; unfortunate, but the logging thing works. Of course I tell them to /bug it.

I just had this happen with two costly bio-engineered pets. Ugh.. I sure hope logging for a while helps. That must really suck as a shop owner to have ppl think your stuff is bugged. Or that it was some kind of scam. I really hope they fix this soon. How annoying. :1 Thanks for the previous posters though. Gives me some kind of hope.
