Thread: Major Crafting Bugs!! What the??
Okay, anyone else experiencing ridiculous bugs right now?? Here's the following that's I've encountered several of with this latest patch:
I'm trying to become a Master Tailor, just started, and one of the items (Sleeveless Dress)has a complexity level of 24, I crafted it with an "Amazing Success" then I Experimented with an "Amazing Success" as well which made it a Complexity Level of 26... Then I went into the Prototype creation... checked Practice (Extra 5% right?) and created it! My TOTAL XP for that great creation was roughly 75 XP. Is that a little... I don't know... short?
ALSO! I've experienced that a bug has arisen that when you put items into the crafting device, and then back out (IE Forgot to create one more of the needed items, back out to create that instead) it will "eat" the items you were putting up and not replace them even though they weren't used! AAarrrrggghh... *sigh* anywho... anyone else getting problems like these? (Yes, I /bug'ed them.) Thanks. (Sorry if this isn't in the right posting area.)
On your first issue of the Sleeveless Dress, lets look at the schematic. The dress requires 30 units of inert petrochemical, 3 synthetic cloths and a metal fastener. Going on the forumla that, in most cases, an item gives roughly twotimes the raw amount of resources back in XP, your cite of 74 XP sounds about right. Also keep in mind that you earn XP from the synthetic cloth and the metal fastener (unless they're factory made which is a whole different issue), so your total XP for making the dress is actually higher.
Okay just tested your second item, the disappearing resources. I did receive my resources back when I dragged them back out of the component slot. I also checked the inventory to confirm that I didn't lose them. This was an old bug from Beta and they supposedly fixed it, but if you're still having issues, maybe it only happens with certain combination of materials or with certain schematics?
