Was wondering which class makes the skill enhancements as I havent seen any schematics listed anywhere. I have seen some tailors selling premade clothing with enhancements and didnt know if this was a tailoring skill or not. Thanks

Off of random creatures skill enhancment items drop. There is two types, armor and clothing. The armor type looks like a piece of armor plating, where as the clothing looks like tape. Darg it on top of the armor/clothes and it will be put into a socket and give you the modify.

You can also go to a bio engineer and have them make you syntehtic cloth which will add stats to clothes. But its buggy and does not help you at all.
