Im not sure if this is the right place to post this question but since Im working on Tailor then I thought it would be cool. LOL

Anyway Im trying to set Link-Steel reinforced gloves in my macro. Of course I would rather not go through all 100+ schematics I have so is there an easier way to locate the schematic number in my list?

Nope. At least when you do find it, assuming you are grinding.. you will be good until the next one is needed.

I want to ask a related question. Does anyone have a clue as to why my schematics randomly shift each time I log on. It's annoying having to find the item I want to grind each time I log on. Would it be possible to keep a real number next to the item in the draft schematic window? Or better yet, keep them from shifting each time I log on?

Shouldnt be doing that, but make sure you arent near a clothing and armor crafting station, or a droid. Go somewhere with no one around and try it and see what happens. If it doesnt work, fill out a /bug

In my experiences, when you first gain the next box that grants new schematics, it simply adds them to the bottom of the datapad. The next time you log back it, it sorts them into the proper order they are supposed to be in. I might not be right, but that seems to be what I've found with the various crafting professions I've worked with, the most current of which (grinding wise) being Bio-Engineer.
