I'm a 12pt tailor, using some nice materials my AS buddy had I was able to make a:

4% effect ~ 293 integrity ~ 4/5/4 ham

Padded armour segment - how does this rate with what others have been making? I would like to get quality higher, it capped at 88% and I know there are hidden decimals in there.
