Ubese shirts are made by armorsmiths and not tailors. It's red because it has no condition rating. Hopefully non condition items and 0/0 condition items will be removed from the game, but until then you can wear it.Even though madeby armorsmith's they're considered clothing andtake CA's.

I know...this forum is usually the nicest too! Unless someone is really bitter about what I said about 0/0 decay.

Items that are at 0/0 and such I agree with, have them decay.
Removing pre nerf ubese shirts that have no condition is a huge no no just for the fact that they never had any condition until now, everyone has put some of their most expensive attachments into them knowing, to simple remove them is BS, if anything give prenerf ones condition now but dont go removing them.
Also if its a prenerf shirt it might still take AA's and not CA's. The switch to taking CA's I believe went into affect with condition being added.

The pre-nerf ubese shirts take CA's now, i have one and have used CA's in it.
Ubese shirts no longer take AA's pre nerf or otherwise and this has hit the loot market too, i'm on both sides of the fence as you can see from both my toons on this server.

you would be best asking that question in the tk / jedi forums m8.
One's i would look for as tk would be:
Unarmed Damage (not speed as your capped at master)
Def vs Dizzy
Def vs Knockdown
Def vs Blind
Def vs Stun
Def Vs Intim
Basically the dmg one and any of the state effect defences you can find and it also depends on what you fight, see what states are put on you when fighting your foe and get defences to combat those really.

You couldn't wear a ubese armor shirt as a jedi. It's technically "armor."

Good point, i understood jedi are able to equip armour but can't use the force while doing so.
