Hello,

Now before you say search the forums I have done a search and got some very nice pricing guides. What I was looking for was a more up to date one that includes the new clothing options that have been introduced.

I have had a number of messages asking for Ithorian clothing and was put on the sport for pricing. I am very new to the Tailor profession I only made Master tailor the other day and I havn't even got a shop yet.

Something else I would like to know, when crafting normal Artisan items different materials give better ratings on the craftin screen (the little bar beside the resources goes red, yellow, green) Well when making clothing this bar always stays black no matter what materials I seem to use. Now is this because all my materials are crap or does this not apply to clothing crafting?

Any helpis very welcome.

Cheers.

Well I can't help you about the pricing, but I do know what the thing is with the crafting process It's simple, really

Clothes don't have a quality, and can't be experimented upon (except wookiee padded segment or something like that). Therefore the stats of the resources you use do not matter, and thus the bar goes black

Check out Glitterwear for a catalogue of ALL current clothing and price guide.

Tailors used to have experimentation back in the beginning of the game, but as it wasn't used for anything (Decay didn't exist back then) the devs decided to eliminate it. We had it returned when wookie armour was created, because of the wookie armour padding that requires experimentation.

The bar is to show how the quality of a resource will affect the end product that you are making. Alot of items will have a black bar, because it will not have any kind of values associated with it. The droid engineers' programming chips are one, jedi crystal packs are another.

Those black bars mean that you can safely use the worst quality material with no change to the crafting process.
