No, no, I know that one isn't customizable. It's white or white. That's color #2. But you don't get color #3 (the actual palette which changes either the skirt or the bodice color) until master tailor. It's the same way with all 3-color items (dress uniform jacket, thin pleated skirt).
Both these issues
- the white/white color box and
- color 3 only customizable at master
are on the top 20 list.

Thanks for the advice folks.
You may be interested to note that when I saw this I created a ticket with support to see if they could explain. They said that it was a bug that they hadn't seen before and that I should create a bug report.
So, maybe the white second color box will get fixed.

LOL! Oh my gawd! Seriously?! Dang. Remember back when they deleted all the bug tickets? Wow. Maybe we should all re-report all these bugs from our top 20. Back up the correspondent's list with hard data. For pete's sake this would be just too bizarre if some of these aren't getting fixed because there are no longer any "official" bug reports in the database on them?
Umm. I need to go soak my brain in some coffee. This just floored me. And it was funny too. Sorry.
