I saw a Mon Cal with the glasses on, it was the ONLY toon that they looked good on.

See, I tend to think the opposite. I think they look hideous on Mon Cals, tolerable on any other races.

I want to request that they become tradeable. I paid the extra money (for the book, really), but I don't like or want them. When I found out they were tradeable, I was sooooooooooooo happy! I traded two of them away to my rl b/f and rl friend. I kept the other one. Then they said they were going to delete them, so I hurredly traded them back 
. Boooo! I paid for them, I should be able to do with them as I please. Would make me a lot happier than having them sit in my bank all the time.

The sunglasses are a special 'perk' for those that bought the special collectors edition of SWG. They can't be crafted or traded.
There are several styles to choose from, but I haven't seen any style on any species that didn't look just silly.

the CE edition was shipped to me instead of the reg one so i got the glasses for free, i am a mon cal and i think they look good on my toon. I believe im the only one.The googles style look decent but the two visor types are just plain bad.

I wear the visor ones with my Bothan when I have my swoop helm on. They look like thay are part of the helmet and it kinda fits. But I never use the other ones.

I have a set myself, I'm generally not crazy about the way they look on anyone really.

The glasses are special edition and there is no way SOE will piss off half the players and delete them.

Obviously, deleting the glasses would be unfair. My proposal was to replace the glasses with thongs.
Naturally, the devs would have to make provisions in the code so that people wearing the shades pre patch publish don't log back on to discover that they have a pair of underpants on their head.
