I didn't get the exquisite leotard schematic from Jabba's. Is it a random reward?

I know some rewards of the themes parks are randoms, maybye the schems are random to

You either get the [useless] Demolitionist's Belt or the [only slightly more useful] Exquisite Dancer's Leotard—no both.
