I have my Master Items set at 15k, 10kfor the partial pieces (Bikinis, low-cut, revealing). And I've been seeling them non-stop for the last couple of days. I genuinely can not keep up with all the orders, and there's at least one other MT on my server, and I believe his prices are higher than mine.

It's really a supply/demand thing. Currently i have my master tailor items set at a flat 10k per piece and i can't keep up with the demand. I'm pretty confident i can charge 15k easily but however most ppl i sell to are local dancers and friends as i haven't even try advertising off world yet. I get 5 or 6 ppl sending me tells before my loading screen is done and my typtical response is "sorry all my clothing are back ordered, please email me your order and i'll fulfill them in the order they were received".

Saw my first . . . well it was either an exotic leotard or a revealing flesh wrap (what the dancer's were wearing in Jabba's place) on a dancer this morning. She paid $10,000 for it.

Wow SnowLeeper You plan to sell MASTER items at 1k to 1.5k?? hehe thats just insane I sell novice level stuff around there and my formal 4 and casual 3 stuff ranges from 4-6k, and I sell TONS of the stuff

The two master tailorson my galaxy start their stuff at 10k, maybe you just left off a 0?

I normally sell master items for between 7-10k and I can't even come close to keeping up with demand! Like other people have said, I'm confident I can raise my prices to 15k and still have more business than I can handle. I believe there are four or five master tailors on Starsider, but I'm not sure what they charge for their master items.

I had someone come up to me

and order ribbed shirt, pants and a smock

then have the balls to be upset when he gets charged 3k for the set

makes me not want to take private orders, i swear

to top it off the **edit** refused to pay for them

they sold on the bazaar within 2 hours

Whoa 10-15k??? I figured the first Master Tailor would have the honor of charging whatever he/she liked, and then would have to adjust as others stepped in with competition.

I know of one Master on Corellia and two on Tatooine and I hear that Fleshwraps are going for 5k. I am inundated meanwhile with tells asking me 'are you master yet? I neeeedd a fleshwrap baaad!!' saying that the others are charging too much. I was planning on chargiing 4k, but heck, obviously that's way low.

My general philosophy is if its wanted and people will pay for it, I charge alot for it. As it get popular and common, the price drops. Cheaper if you buy in my store too, than on the general bazaar. I know...not very scientific, but seems to work pretty well so far.
