My wife really wants to become a tailor. She wants to know if you can actually "create" new designs or do you just get new items that you are able to create. I'm sure you only get new available items to create (schematics?). If that is the way it is, it's too bad. It would be sweet if you could create your own unique design. I'm getting so tired of seeing so many of the same thing. That goes for armor too. It sure would be nice if there was some more creativity allowed to the crafting professions.

You're right, no ability to make new clothes, just predesigned schematics. However, there are a good number of them (around 230). With color customization, you can make approximately 21 million unique items. It's not a bad profession for the creatively inclined, or shmucks like me who like to make money.

Well, let's put it this way: you have no ability to create new schematics, but have a great deal of ability to create *outfits*. I believe tailors have far far more schematics than any other profession, and with all those schematics and all the color combinations you can do, the number of different outfits that you can come up with is mind numbing. Now true, you'll often be selling the same things over and over, but there still are those customers who come to you and challenge your creativity, and that makes it fun
