Well, lets see a few weeks ago 80 items went poof off my vendors and then I had about 35k in high quality resources go poof along with several crates as I crossed a server boundary while transporting my supplies. Luckily CSR replaced much of what was lost but I don't know if they return lost XP.

I have you both beat. I lost 755k credits when my computer crashed, and I'm not getting them back. Woohoo.

I hate to say it but I lost a total of 76k xp in 2 shots due to this bug, while on my up the latter. CSR responses.. we cannot do anything to help you get that back, sorry. PERIOD! I did however ask about the resources that I lost due to this bug and received them back. So, other than the time and heartbreak, I lost no money in the process.

I'm so sorry this happened to you!! I really am!! I've been there and it flat out sux!

same thing happened to me4 times... i was so upset i started crying the last time then after a long time the csr said the same thing to me (no xp reimbursement, but hey, i was a master by then anyway), and i got material back. it was at least 3 weeks after i reported the first time it rolled back, and the csr made it sound like it's very uncommon.

my suggestion: log out for 5-10 minutes every time you qualify for a skill to make sure it updates in the database. tedious, but better than losing the xp to some stupid bug
