or I might be on the wrong board, not being a tailor and all but,

why can't I see what a necklace looks like at the bazaar or on a vendor?!?!?

No offense, but I don't want to pay 5000 to find out that it isn't what I am looking for.....

Necklace preview windows have been bugged since beta I believe. We've submitted bug reports, but they have yet to fix them.

They worked in Beta and during release. I'm not sure when they got bugged, but it was around the time of the first big patch, I believe. (Shortly before, to be specific.)

The preview window USED to work. It hasn't for some time now, but despite being aware of the issue, the DEVs are doing nothing about it.

Workaround is to drop it, then you can examine it and it keeps an icon for a short time in inventory after it's picked up. If you're buying one, go to the tailor's shop, and ask them to drop it so you can see it before you buy it. (You still have to trust them to give you the same one, but it's something anyway.)

unfortunately that workaround doesn't work on the bazaar

i'm amazed that the devs can't fix this yet
