Yes, once you reach Master Tailor that item will give you 3 palettes to customize from. The belt, the buckle and the main shorts themselves.

i just started tailor and atm im 2222 anyways, i made some of these shorts and i can only change the belt buckle and belt itself. i thought this was fixed.Do i need to be a certain elvel tailor ot change the short color?
