The only black that upsets me is on that vest that is kinda like the noob one but w/o pockets.... i wish it were a darker black.
I'm pretty sure the simplevest is on the list of colorization issues... in the top 20 somewhere...

I always thought it was the decent charcoal grey at the top of the palette that many tailors mistake as dark green.Seriously. Its absolutely not green in anyway shape or form on my monitor. (I've heard its a difference in color setttings. /shrug) I'm happy with it.
Ugh yes, white on most clothes look just plain dirty. The striped slacks for instance. It are wrinkles, i know. But i looks so dirty.

I just hate the white problem. On the big palette what ressembles white the most is the very verylight green, and in comparison the white of the other palettes looks light pink. /sigh

I think that this was ix-nayed because of the texturing. Just can't get any darker.

Hmm..I see from your point of view how I may be wrong. If this is a common problem there should be a standardized or recommended settings for your computer's display toensure colors look the same on all computers. Of course im not saying THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ISSUE PUT ITAT THETOP OF THE LIST RIGHT NOW!!!!, this is just a person's opinion. Originally all I wanted to know was if there was any information on why there is no pure black shade. (Thanks NJ62 for being the first to answer the question
) Also your opinions are very interesting
.
On my computer the top 'black' palette has a series of green shades to the left of it, indicating it is in the 'green' family and that that is the darkest of the line, and if you look closesly at it it has a dark green look that could be mistaken for black (once again on MY computer).
On the other hand, what I preceive as black (a couple rows beneath) is preceded by pure white, with shades of gray between and gradually gets darker and darker to eventually make what I use for 'black'.
