Thread: HELP, is it possible to add SEA's to a back pack??

i got a Military lightweight backpack w/ 4 sockets that i would like to put some SEA's of some kind in.. but somhowi cant. if it's possible does anyone know how it's done?

...and even if it was possible you'd only be able to add 2 skills to it as 6 different skills is the limit per item.
