I was just wondering what has actually been fixed in the tailor prof since the launch of the game. It seems that we keep asking for more, more, more and get nothing. I couldn't find anywhere where tailor's have been given anything that they have asked for.......ever..
Please, if anyone knows of fixes, new content, or anything else that has been done for our profession. Please let me know so I don't lose all hope that the dev's have forgotten us.
Oh, I forgot.......... They did add color choices to the two-strap bandolier. But that's the only one i know of..... Only been a tailor for about 4 or 5 months though. (and the loot schematics don't count. They were meant as a bonus for completing a theme park, that wasn't done for tailor's benefit but for the lack of loot in the game that was actually useful)

I think we got some new colors back in publish 3 or 4, when they took away experimentation.

We got the extended color palette, with 55 more colors I believe. Also the metal palette got new colors (peach, red and blue tones). Some non socketed items got fixed (doctor dress, light bustier), a few items that had one of the palette bugged got changed (luxurious gown, sigiled waist wrap). I think that sums it up... We still have some non socketed items (grand ball gown), some palette bugged items, and even new items that can't have sockets now (ammo bandolier).

Wow, I thought we had more than that....... Do the devs realize that there a several tailors left? Or do they think that noone bothers with tailor anymore? We really do need some new content and some quick fixes. It seems that since JTL is getting ready for release that SWG is getting more and more ignored. I have read our top 25 list...................We should quit waisting our time sending in questions and requests. They aren't getting to us anytime soon. Sorry I'm so negative. I am just seeing a trend that nothing is getting fixed and when they do try to fix something, something else breaks. btw, I just want to say NJ is doing a really good job, but the dev's and csr's don't seem to be listening to her.....

Chef's Hats and Aprons haven't been mentioned, along with the fix for their color palette.
FWIW, they did fix the necklace bug for a week or two early on. That fix didn't last long, though.
The factory crate size change, while not directly affecting us, was a huge improvement for traveling Tailors. (Before that change factory crates took up 5 inventory slots. I've still got a couple from that era.

I refer the Right Honorable Tailor to the original post:

There was a bug at one point where if you had master tailor, and novice armorsmith you lost access to all your schematics when crafting. You'd open a tool and you couldn't make any clothing or armor. The only way to actually make anything was to use a macro and the items datapad number (which is semi random and different for every person and each item).
Had to do with not being able to display more then 250 schematics at once or something, and it took the devs forever to fix. I only got caught in the last couple weeks of it and the devs are damn lucky I didn't grind any faster then I did because I was within a hairs breadth of quitting over it.

There were a couple of robes and/or dresses that couldn't be worn with a backpack. That's been fixed, I believe. But I don't feel truly grateful for bugfixes, they should have done the job right to begin with. New or altered content is what matters and we've had too little of that.
