what is a loot-kit? and what is an auto-loom? (if anyone played A Tale in the Desert they should think like me that that would be very handy 
)

This question belongs in game guides. It has nothing to do with tailors.
Junk dealers, though, can be found in every major NPC town. Check your planetary map for details.

and ? They trade my loot on something else or craft for me something ? I'm right understand you ?

You go to a junk dealer, talk a bit, and receive a loot kit.
You can choose which kit you get.
Once you get all 10 pieces for the loot kit and have added them to the kit, it will turn into an item. This item you can either sell back to a junk dealer for 1000 credits or sell on your local auction forum for millions. Your choice.
