Ok i was asked the other day if a cloathing attachment witha - # is good for anything i mean i no a + number is good but i have never heard of a - number so i ask if it any good and worth anything or is it just junk? And thank you so very much for your help.

I do believe they are worthless unless someone really wanted to deduct your skill points.
