Thread: Samples and changing rooms.
But in general, I try to stay away from the "customer tries it on first" model, instead opting for the "I'll give you a full refund if you're not completely satisfied" model. (Don't think that's ever actually happened, though.)
When you go shopping for clothing how many people try things on before they buy? Well I've recently made one of every item I can make, in black or white colors, and sorted them into various bags. I'm intending them to be bags I can trade to my cutomers so they can try before they buy. So far I've had pretty good success with it, and it's great fun helping a player plan out their outfit.
The only thing I'm worried about is possible griefers. Recently I passed a bag to a customer and he ordered an item, then he never returned the bag. He claimed it was accidentily destroyed, and payed me a substantial sum of credits, but I still worry that some person may not be so honest in the future. Has anyone else done something like what I'm doing? What has been your expieriences with it? Any ideas on how to keep my stuff safe? I'm curous as to your responses.
Well, be seein ya,
