Is this because I'm on the wrong world or how does this work. I don't see it as an option on my list.

It's not on your planet then. There is a chance once you check every planet that you won't find it at all. Resources are supposed to rotate and there is a chance that a rare resource like that could be gone from the galaxy until the next resrouce reset.

On Corbantis the resources reset with in the past couple hours. To bad any of the resources I was looking for my tailor side of thingsdid not pop up in the new resource list on any planet in the galaxy. Guess it'll be another two weeks till I can hopefully make Bounty Hunter BackPacks or Special OpsBack Packs.
