If anyone has ever experienced the truly annoying bugs related to factories and factory crates, I urge you to visit my thread on the Troubleshooting boards and keep it bumped - it's an annoying bug for all artisan professions and a game stopping bug for armorsmiths, who are required to use factory crate goods for their armors. Please reply that you've experience this bug as well and let's try to get this fixed ASAP!

I'm talking about the bug where you can't remove items from factory crates - when the quantity goes down but no items are removed - or the less common one where the quantity goes down and then back up again with no items coming out, which seems to only happen if there are less than 5 items in a crate.
