At first I assumed that the way they implemented strapless things, you had to match their skin tone or else some "garbage" from the image shows through. Now, I'm not so sure.
What is that thing that's the second color supposed to represent? Is it a cap sleeve? What IS a cap sleeve? Maybe I just don't enough about how these dresses are supposed to work irl, because I'm a guy. I still love being a tailor, though.
Please help me!
Thanks.

it's an ugly thing. Best thing to do, is to make it as non-noticable as possible. Either make the edges black, or a lighter shade of the main color your using. Why this is there is beyond me. Still, it's one of the better looking dresses of them all.

I think the piece you are referring to is supposed to be a semitransparent gauze, which if colored corectly would give the impression of a translucent material.
However, because the bodice and shoulderstraps are asymetrical, this effect just does not work and the gauze section just looks plain ugly.

Up to now I've been custom making all my shortsleeve dresses and making "the ugly thing" the same color as the customer's skin whenever I can, but it still looks... funny. I suppose I'll try making it just a lighter shade of the dress color, and experiment and see how it works.
This is REALLY disappointing, though. I really need to mention this next time Alichai puts up a thread asking us what issues we want to bring up to the devs.
