Thread: Question for the Tailors.

Have any of you, or your correspondant, received any information on when/if skill enhancements on the clothing you sell are going to begin to function?


I know that currently the bonuses to the skills are displayed in the skill screen for characters, but, after extensive testing, it has been proven time and again that NONE of those bonuses actually effect anything. I have no issues paying good money for high-quality, skill-boosting clothing...but I'd like to at least have a concept of how many months it will be before they actually do anything.
