I've serached all over the boards, and can't seem to find much info on skill enhancing tapes. I remember hearing that they were bugged, and you couldn't put more than 1 in an item even if the item had more slots. Is this still true? Also, are there any other bugs with them? Anyone have any links to skill enhancer info? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Any ideas? I have a hat with a skill enhancer in it, and want to add another to it (it has 3 more slots available). If I add the second enhancer, will it work? I'd really hate to lose it, as I paid quite a bit of money for it. Thanks again for any info!

I've been looking for info on them too. As far as I can tell, they are random drops. I see them for sale in the bazars for around 3k.

It's a hot topic right now, I'm actually surprised you haven't seen anything on the boards about it. Some people claim they work and some claim they don't. Some claim they even give negative effects. I personally have no idea.
