Is it possible to put +25 maskscent on something? I can't find a schematic with 2 slots for fiber panels. I'm a new master tailor, mostly making stuff for myself and my guild. Do I need to find a looted schematic or am I just missing something?

No, it isn't

Just a note - Jawa Beer of good quality can up your mask scent as well.
