Sure, unless it's something female-only. The one thing I've noticed about trandos (besides the no boot/no shoe thing) is that they can't wear reinforced pants (moo). Other than that, I don't know of any other restrictions.

Yep no gloves. I was half asleep when I answered you. Still, I've put one in a councilman robe before, and it worked fine, even though it seems like it has really tight bracers.
