Where is this new robe they've added? I'm a master tailor and can't seem the find it in my schems...? Is the schem a loot or reward or something?

It is apparently a "fix" for the trandos wearing the grand healer robe, but they could already wear the grand healer robe, so this might be a "patch note" snippet that is leftover from an old patch.

/stomps purple scaley feet ....RODIANS !! They were supposed to fix it for Rodians!! We cant wear it....
by the way, im not a tailor, but this forum was where i was told to come to for this problem and you guys have been very helpful and nice... im an entertainer and believe an entertainer should be well dressed and i love you guys for it.. im sure i have hit all the vendors on wanderhome and if i havent tell me where your shop is and ill be there!!
