So the schematic "Crafters Apron" don't need to be a Crafters apron...? What kind of aprons are there? Crafters, Tailors and Chef's? And how many schematics are there for tailors?

The schematic is called 'Crafter's Apron' regardless of which crafting profession it helps. The four (tailor, architect, chef & medic) all look exactly the same and you won't know which it is until you learn, or try to learn, it.

Oh, and there are 10 looted schems in total.
$ Crafter's Aprons, Lightweight Military Pack, Spec-Ops Agents Pack, Exquisite Dancer's Leotard, Droidsmith's Tool Set, Weaponsmith's Tool Set, Demolitionist's Belt.

So, my friend gets a Crafter's Apron and gives it to me as a gift. Isn't that sweet of him? I learn it and it's the tailor apron. That's cool, I could use one of those since I'm a tailor right? I go ahead and get all the components I need and make my apron and can't wear it. Yes, I am a female wookiee tailor, but my inability to wear the apron is not the point of this message.

I have no further need for this schematic since I don't want to waste the leather I collected (paid way too much for) to make another apron I can't wear. Another nice friend gave me their Crafter's Apron schematic in the hopes that it could be the medical one or the architect one. I can't learn it because I already know the tailor one.

Now the point of this rambling message, does this mean that this schematic is another tailor apron and I should just destroy it or do I actually have to make 3 tailor aprons in order to learn a new Crafter's Apron schematic no matter which one it is? How do I get rid of the one I have already learned?

The second apron schematic is also for the tailor one, which is why you cannot learn it.

Its possible to have all 4 types of apron learnt at once, but it looks like you've been unlucky to get 2 tailor ones first
