1) had a guild mate with a shirt (with mods, and CA's)that was low on condition ask me if it was nessecary to repair it? will he loose the mods if the shirt goes to zero condition? should I tell him that it should be repaired? I'm a mater tailor how often do we fail on clothing repairs?
2) is it possible to make any belt with available sockets? if so what belt have you had the best luck with? if not wear can I find a belt with available sockets?

1) Right now, you can continue wearing something that is at 0 condition, but if you care about it, I'd suggest repairing it, because this will not be the case (if we're to believe TH) in an upcoming release.
2) I think belts can all have sockets, and the number is random, but to be honest I make very very few belts.

are repairing clothes easier (ie a lower critical fail rate) than wepons/armor? the shirt is at 400/1000 condition.

I have not done a lot of repairing of clothing myself, but from what I have heard, if you let an item drop to less than 25% of its max condition...the chance is much higher for a failure of the repair.
