Its a schematic I should have at Casual 3. Its in my schematics list in my datapad. When I open up my clothing crafting tool with a crafting station targeted and standing right next to it the boots don't show up as an item I can craft under footwear. What's the deal? Is this a known bug?

For thermal boots you need a private crafting station.

A private crafting station is either one in a house or one on a droid. If you don't have a house to put a crafting station down in, get an R5 unit or some such that has a clothing crafting station built in.
