I'd imagine they would be 25 to a crate, the same as all other clothing.

That, my friend, will be a whole lotta Robes of Honor.

What do you plan on doing with all these?

Can you even get that many in a run?

They require 3 synth cloth in a slot, so given that you have a crate of 25 synth, you end up with 22 left over to make the run with. So wouldn't that limit them to 7 per crate?

The crates of synthetic cloth have to have the same serial number. They don't have to be in the same crate. You can mix crates and individuals too, so long as they all came from the same batch to start with.

Limit of 7? nah, you simply need multiple identical crates of synthetic cloth. Personally, I generally do runs of 100 cloths at a time (4 crates) so just toss in those 4 identical crates into the blender and you'll get most of one crate left when it's all said and done.

Can't say I've every done a factory run of Robes of Honor (I think I've sold 2 other those in total since I've been a tailor) but I do factory runs of backpacks fairly frequently.

Incidental question - do factory crated garments automatically have no sockets? I've only done these on occasion for very high-volume goods (especially black Uniform Boots), and they always seem to be unsocketed.

I'd think that the factory-made ones would have the same number of sockets as the schematic. So if when you're making the schematic, it comes out no sockets, nothing else would.

But if it actually strips out sockets that you *did* have in the schematic, that's just... stupid.

The only clothing i've ever pumped out other than guild "Uniform" orders are: Bioengineered Formfitting shirts, Gunman's Dusters (black and white) and Sunguards. That and factory crates of RFP and SC of course

In the case of all clothing i've made so far 25 is the max crate size -- not sure if this applies to RoH though -- i'd imagine it would though.

SueDenim.. The factory crated still have the slots, but the names show up as white. I was wondering that also, but a quick examine of the item shows the same number of slots as the schematic.

Aha, OK, that makes sense. I was only going by the name color and not investigating further. Sounds like a new one for the bug list....
