Thread: Brawler Pants?
Hi Tailors, ![]()
I was wondering whether or not you all have the generic "pant" schematic - the same kind of camouflage pants that Novice Brawlers get out of Character Creation and the type of pant that NPC Commandos wear?
I have been trying to put together a copy of the RotJ "Endor Strike Team" commando uniform, but I had to use the "paramilitary camos" - the only kind of camo pant available as I understand.
Unfortunately, the color scheme for paramilitary camos seem to derive its inspiration from the hip-hop community rather than the "paramilitary" one. You know what I mean. Vibrant, bright colors... for camouflage...
Yeah. Anyway, I have noticed however that on Novice Brawlers (who only get 0-socketed, ubiqutous-color scheme'd) and on NPC Commandos the color scheme and camo pattern matches exactly that of the Spec-Ops Duster -> What I'm looking for.
So my question is, do you all not have the schematic for the "pant"... and why not? It's a character creation-available item. Or do Novice Brawlers have the privledge of this exclusive, uncustomizable item only? ![]()
Thanks!
You can answer your own question. Create a Novice Brawler on another server to check out the gear. Then search the Tailor skill tree to see if the schematic is there (which I'm sure it is).

I was already ahead of you. Before I even posted, I did exactly what you said.
And lo and behold, regular "pants" is not a schematic novice artisans, master artisans, or any sort of tailor picks up.
Seems strange to me.
By the way, for those interested...
It's the female Novice Brawler avatar that gets the "pant" in question.
The male gets another set of clothing, obviously.
But I've seen both male and female NPCs wearing the same female Novice Brawler player "pant" - in a different color scheme, too.
i'm pretty sure that the "pants" you're talking about is like the "vest" that comes with the newbie scouts... we can't make those
they're pretty close to camos though, so it's not as bad as the vest.
Dang, well thanks stinks then. ![]()
Two fairly common items. Camouflage pants that don't look like spring hip-hop fashion (which the paramilitaries do, let's be honest, at least if you're doing any sort ofwoodland greencolor scheme... closest you get is this semi-neon green color)and well, a cool scout vest (which Han Solo wears in the movies, but black... I'm so disappointed these can't be crafted, I didn't even realize that!)
*sigh*
