I'm pretty new to tailoring. From reading your posts, I've figured out how I want to label my items on the bazaar. I also like to include a description of the item with suggestions on what to wearwith the piece (andeventually I'd like to advertise my shop).But my little fingers are gettting tired of typing the same descriptions over &over again.(Plus,although I've received an e-mail from a customer saying he appreciated my description & asking me if I have a store,I'm really not sure how many folksactually even notice the item descriptions.)

Is there some sort of "cut &paste" feature that I can use to save time & my fingers?

Yes there is a way to cut and paste. Go to options (ctrl O), choose the Controls tab, on the bottom of that page is "keymap", click on the "all" tab up top, scroll down to "chat edit copy" and choose your binding..I use some mouse buttons for my cut and paste. It can be difficult to find a good button because so many of them are already used. Hope this helps

A suggestion for the keymaping that I use...

cntl-shft-c for copy
cntl-shft-v for paste

it will remap one other function that I've never heard of or used, but pay attention in case you do use it.

about as close as you can get to the normal, windows copy and paste keys.

You may also want to pre-type up your descriptions offline (so you can spell-check them).

Create them in word (or whatever) then copy them into your notes.txt file in your StarwarsGalaxies/profiles/<your username>/ folder.

Once in game, just open up your notepad (/note) and copy and paste away! It's easier than alt-tabbing out or typeing it up in game.
