Ok, there is no way to add enhanced tissues to clothing all ready made, it's actually added to the cloth which is then used in the making of the clothing.

I think I have a project planned for Christmas time since I can't play the game on my lap top or parents' computer while in Chicago, go through every single post here about BE clothing and put together a huge list of questions and answers.
