Hi, I came across a clothing attachment experimentation skill tape, and I'm not sure what the value of it would be. Hoping some of you guys can help me out.

If you could experiment as a tailor itwill have value,,,when that becomes possible, Hold it since it might be added later,,now its essentially a novelty item.
