Sorry to inform you Hon, but Red is Master only. There is a pretty good Red at Tailoring 4, but the really nice colours are all at master, it's like wiping the dust off your glasses when you break through to that level...

I'm anovice tailor atm, when do I get red?

Basically my guild decided that our guild colours would be red and black, and being the guild tailor its quite embarrassing not being able to make their uniforms yet.
