Ok, let's get into the glitter & stuff! This is separate from the poll regarding oppressive shading that makes our clothes look dirty or washed out - so don't worry about those concerns here.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If it is possible to change texture during the crafting process:
I want the following items available in glittery texture:
  • blah blah
I want the following items available in leathery texture:
  • blah blah
If it's only possible to re-texture items permanently at the schematic level (i.e. as devs changed the texture on the infiltrator leggings)
I want the following items to be changed to a glittery texture:
  • blah blah
I want the following items to be changed to a leathery texture:
  • blah blah
(let me know if there are any other popular textures and I can change the poll)
I want the following items to be changed to a glittery texture:
  • Uhm…darn. Not sure on this one. I don't really want to give anything up, exactly—I just want new things. (Yeah, yeah, I'm greedy, I know.)
I want the following items to be changed to a leathery texture:
  • See above
(let me know if there are any other popular textures and I can change the poll)
I've heard requests for Velvet textures on various items. Could be cool. I'd say PVC, but that's pretty close to some types of leather…latex, but do we really want to see that?
Having no taste or fashion sense I will vote for having everything being glitterable, but I'll happily leave it to those people with taste to pick and choose what can and should be glitterable.
If it is possible to change texture during the crafting process:
I want the following items available in glittery texture:
  • Really, any of thegirlie clothes.. especially dancer type outfits like leotards, body suits, bikini's, etc.
I want the following items available in leathery texture:
  • Body suits, pants and bustiers
If it's only possible to re-texture items permanently at the schematic level (i.e. as devs changed the texture on the infiltrator leggings)
I want the following items to be changed to a glittery texture:
  • dont' want anything permanently changed
I want the following items to be changed to a leathery texture:
  • again dont' want anything we currently have permanently changed.
* I would love to see some of the other textures like metal, vinyl, chiffon!, gauze, netting, anything sheer, not a huge lace person myself. Giving us the option to add these textures to current clothing ( and new things ) would make us very happy tailors since then we could really get creative!
n'Jessi,
Please remove the last option for permanant changes to the items, since I think that would be a bad idea overall for tailors. Many players do not read the boards, so we don't want to anger the other tailors by removing options at the get go.
Let the Devs figure these details out, not us.
thanks
I'll support the idea of adding additional textures to existing items butI see no need for it really beyond being excessivly pretty to someone. I support adding additional options to the crafting and the personalization of idividual items but not at the expense of completly changing the look of existing items at a base level.
