I was trying to have a Grand Healers Robe crafted with +25 inj/wound treatment, but I'm trying to use 2 +13 tapes in the robe. For some reason, I'm only getting a bonus of +13. Can anyone explain?

Only one tape of each kind can be present within clothing. By putting two of the same tapes, I assume, into the same item the last one you put in will overide the first. Essentially you just destroyed a +13, to whatever, tape.

So, would it be possible for me to put in a +12 and a +13, or no since they are still the same type? In another question, I havea pair of +25 inj/wound trousers. How was this done (since +25 tapes can't be made?)

No you would not be able to put in a 12 and 13 tape if they modify the same skill. The 13 tape would overide the 12 tape as it has a larger modifier. As for your 25 injury / wound trousers they were most likely BE made. A little spare knowledge, the highest mod you can have from clothing is +25 so if you already have met this on one piece of clothing you should be good to go.

Ok hold the phone. Do you really mean tapes? Or do you mean tissues? Big difference. When you say crafted, that implies tissues, but you don't seem to be a tailor, so when you say "use 2 +13 tapes" that is very confusing.

Ah, is this a "stacked tissues" issue? Identical tissues in the same "slot" (i.e. 2 synth cloths from a factory crate required) do not stack bonuses, and they aren't supposed to, and that is no fun!

BE clothing is made by using BE enhanced tissues in clothing. Tissues stack as long as they are not used in the same slot. For example for striped slacks you can use one 12 tissue and one 13 tissue, but in the doctor's dress for example you will need 4 tissues , and to put them in both slots to make it work, as even if it requires two identical tissues per slot the only way to make them stack is to have them in different slots.
Now, for tapes, it's a different matter, you won't be able to stack the same kind of mod twice as the highest only counts.

Sorry for the confusion. I am talking about placing 2 sets of 2 BE Enhanced (+13 Inj/Wound Treatment) cloths in one Grand Healer's Robe. There are two different slots in the healers robe where I have to use two identical cloths. I have a factory crate of Cloths with the +13 Inj/Wound Treatment. I wanted to use a total of 4 BE enhanced cloths to get +26 (to cover the max of +25), but whenever I have a tailor make a Grand Healer's Robe with these, it still ends with +13 Inj/Wound treatment instead of maxing out.
Is this an issue, or do the BE Enhanced Cloths not stack?

hahaha, well, the tailor is embezzling from you by the sound of it
Seriously, it actually takes 5 tissues (1 slot of 3, 1 slot of 2) and it should stack just fine. I've made quite a number of +25 grand healer robes.

right, or maybe the tailor your using just doesnt know how to stack the BE'd components, at any however you would not be able to have it be +26 because as was said before, the max you can get is +25 on a garment such as that.

Obviously these/those tailors don't know what they are doing... And are ripping you off of 2 tissues.
