please forgive me iof this has been asked a thousand times before but..

1. is it posible to craft a peice of clothing with with the melee defense+4/stun+15 with stats higher than that? like can yopu craft a peice with+8 melee defense by putting more be tissues into a shirt?

2. canou put the melee/stun defense tissues into suff like gloves, boots, and hats, i only seem to see em in shirts, jackets and pants

You can put the stun/melee defense mods (and any field wear mods, actually) into bandoliers, as well. That's popular, as only shirts and bandoliers can be worn with armor, for a total of +25/+8 when wearing both shirt and bandolier.
