Tailors do make the item,
but you do require a furntiture structure tool and station {and if it is to be schemmed out a structure factory}to craft it up.
locate you local architect vendor for those

Quick point - you can no longer make manufacturing schematics out of the tapestry. So... you just need a structure/furniture crafting tool. Probably not worth getting a structure/furniture crafting station for the occasion - just find a friend's house that has one... (not sure if you can use a public one for this, but probably not)

I got the furniture tool and made it myself.. thnx for the help

I got the Tapestry(Tat) Schem and it says I need a Specialized Crafting tool, or is it only for Architect ? if its not anyone know where I can find the tool.
