It is the Reinforced Pullover in a very ... interesting colour combination

They are craftable by tailors and have 4 colour sectionsat master level, each using the full palette.

Yeah, most tailors don't make those for obvious reasons. Of course, there's always one. One guy came into my shop (which was, at the time, stocked to 1200 items) and lamented that I didn't carry any reinforced pullovers. Of course, he wanted one in black - I guess so he'd look kewl, like Neo, riiight?

Of course.....everyone looks like Neo in Black doesn't matter what the style of clothing lol didn't you know? he he

I looted it from an NPC and passed it onto a friend (he likes weird things like this).

I've never seen anything like it before and I am not aware of multi-coloured clothing.
