Hi there,
i require a Master Tailor to make me a Doctor's Robe and Sunguard with +25 Wound/Injury treatment in Blue or Red.

You called it! 
You could also try contacting a tailor directly on your server. You should be able to find onewith this list.
Most of the"service"professions have a contact listing of Masters stickied at the top of their forums. If you can't find anyone from those lists online (which hardly ever happens!
