Thread: Corsec outfit
Corsec Outfit
I was thinking
a side buttons shirt in orange
dress slacks (brownish gray)
uniform boots (brown)
Long Leather Gloves (brown)
and a Vest???? (was considering doing a winter verison of it with a cold weather jacket instead of the vest. :/) The vest is the problem.
(another idea would be to use the leather trimed shirt and layer it with vest... again which one? :/)
Was alsot thinking of using either a padded or ubese jacket, but they have thier own problems (color at neck must match pads for padded), (too long sleeves and waiste on Ubese) Thoughts?

ROFL that's the first thing I noticed too!

Still looking for a better vest option, but we shall see. I might have to go with the short vest. It just doesn't look formal enough to me.
Is there an outfit for corsec that takes the suit jacket? My friend who liked to dress up as a corsec mentioned the suit jacket on occasion.
Yes and in fact I would prefer that one more if I could find a tailor to work out a recipe. Hint hint.
It is from Star Wars revelations, and although it does not come from "cannon" material, but rather a fanfic movie, it seems much more in line with the shots of Han Solo's pants from the original trilogy.
See here about half way down the pagefor a
description of the design philospohySee here about 10 Min in to the fill there are two guys in these corsec uniforms. If you can come up with recipe let me know. If I was still a tailor... but that was long long ago in a galaxy far far away... I would do it myself.
I'm thinking the sleeveless jacket for an alternative to the vest...
primary choice for me would be the belted jacket
all though it will have the below waist material,
it keeps with the more formal look over the casual the vest options give
secondary would be side buttoned shirt and short vest
On my way home, I made a trip to the comic book store and amazingly found family ties 1 and 2 (from 1998) for a total of $5! I will definitelu try out the belted, as the orange sleeves are acutally attached to the "jacket". under those they wear ubese shirt/padded armororange t shirt
One of the female , of course, corsec agents takes her jacket off after being shot. The jacket and sleves are attached.
Another possibility is a form fitting undershirt with orange sleeves and grey/brown top
Will try out some of the suggestions.

Here's the interesting thing about jackets - you can't wear long gloves with them, even if they are short sleeved or sleeveless. Vests, however, I *think* that you can wear long gloves. Tricksy.
