It is a looted component that goes into the Exquisite Dancer's Leotard, which is a loot/reward schematic.

As a warning, the exquisite leotard has stats that are no longer functional in the post-cu system, and this item was not converted with useful stats during the CU. It may be that in the future this item is changed to be useful in the new system, but in the meantime, the item is not worth anything more than a common garment.

Hehe, NJ, I completely agree, however, they are still selling on my vendors for 60k a pop and no complaints
