... the proper way, not through /respec


And I didn't get a badge

Anyone else had this issue?

I mastered ID a few days before and got a badge for that .../shrug

That happened to me as well, during the first repsec (before they added non-combatant profs to the respec). I'd dropped dancer for ID, and when I hit that master level I got no badge. /flail I sent a ticket in explaining that I'd not respec'd it, and that hey... we weren't even allowed in the respec. The ticket I got back said that as long as my character was within her respec time I would receive no badges for any masters I received but that I would get the badge when her respec was over. Sure enough, I got the proper badges when respec ended.

So if your character is going thru the respec window, you might have to wait till it's over. If you don't get the badge after that, /flail /tantrum /pout like I did then send in a ticket.
