Thread: How do I put skill tapes in Spec-Ops Packs?

I made some Spec-Ops Packs and I want to put some skill tapes in them, they have 1, 2 3 or 4 sockets available.
BUThow do I get a skill tape in it?

No, backpacks do not accept skill tapes. They will simply be placed inside the backpack container.

Why? Well, I'm not one of the developers but I'd say that they are still fumbling in the dark when it comes to game design. There are sooo many strange bugs and design flaws it's amazing. Best to ignore it, really.

Sure I read sometime ago that, during beta I think, tapes could be added to backpacks. There was a bug though, people wanting to store a tape in their pack would get it added instead. Their fix was dropping the tape onto a pack make it go inside instead of into a socket but they never added a way to put them into the sockets instead. To this day I don't think we've had a response to if thatsa bug, something they just forgot to add or if sockets aren't supposed to be on backpacks.
