It's possible. But first, you need to know that bracelets are made to equip to one wrist, or the other, depending on style.
Right Bracelets: Metal Band, Golden Symbol, Metal Bracelet.
Left Bracelets: Bangles, Golden Bracelet.
To get a matched set of bracelets, you need to have one tailor-made one and one looted one. Tailor-made always equip to the wrists as shown above, but some looted ones will equip to either wrist. The trick is in getting lucky enough to find a looted one that matches the one you have AND will equip to the other wrist.
On my Tailor char, Qitu, she wears a matched set of Metal Bands. I spent weeks and thousands of credits buying every Metal Band I could off the bazaar, then tried them on, until I finally found one that would go on the opposite wrist.
So yes, it is possible.

Holy cow Qitu, that sounds time-consuming. Is there a way to tell if the thing's looted or not?

Hey Zoe! Hi! *waves* Yep. Looted bracelets do not have a created by: name, and have 100/100 condition or less, xxx/100. Tailor-made will always have a created by: name and 1000/1000 condition, or less if it's been damaged.
(Oh, and got your letter. No worries. Understood! And best wishes to you and Chazadi in your new endeavors!

We'll need it. Sigh, just when we plan to do something big, news like the proposed vendor nerf to 110 items shows up...honestly, this is going to be hard. How can you run a mall when each vendor will only stock 110 items? :/

I haven't decided what I am going to do yet. My usual 2-3k stock reduced to 110? Mmm. Ouch. I dunno. Thinkin' on it.
Partnerships. Babysit the vendors. Posted shop hours with Tailor/Others on duty.
Drop and fill a vendor only when you are going to be on a while? Remove at logout? LOL. It's almost an option. 110? I can stuff that much into a vendor in 15 minutes or less.
Specialize. Custom order most things, but choose a category and stick with it. Partner with other tailors to place vendors and keep filled with other specialized categories. (same trust issue as with pure merchants reselling for you. Are they reliable and trustworthy? Probably much more trouble than it's worth.)
I'm seriously thinking of re-opening later on with just a Jewelry and Accessories store. And do everything else custom order only. Maybe. I dunno. I uninstalled my brain. It was smoking after I read about the vendor nerf.
Mike, as for your bracelets, keep trying hon. My in-game husband has a matched set of Golden Bracelets. It took him a 2 weeks of bazaar shopping to finally find one for the other wrist. They are out there.

YAY! did it last night, checked early in the night, got 2 bracelets, both same as crafted, someone posted one later in the night RIGHT before i was about to sign off, bought it and bam it was a left handed bracelet, just what i needed, and 100/100 condition too! yay! went on this morning and found another left handed one also, now i got 2 sets. I also had 2 random tells asking me how i did it, i was wearing some RIS armor at the time so people were probably examining me and such to check it out.
Thanks for all the help guys.
And fo the vendor issue, my 2 cents on this issue is this. If they need to optimize database space, they should increase resource stacks to 1million units, and make factory crates 50-100 items or more. That has to optimize things 10fold over the course of 2 months. i posted this "theory" all around the boards but it seems to go un-noticed, but to me it seems the most obvious solution.
The alternative is to give us bigger storage in housing. Right now its easier to have 10 factories for storage at 1,000 items (10 times 100) than having houses all over the place, 5 houses at 150 items each is no where close to the factory capacity.

I'll throw my two cents in here on what you said. Changing the stacks from 100k to more might help. But here's another thing:
Any and all vendors should be removed if someone drops the needed skills to keep up their vendors. THAT would clear up some database space. In all honesty, that would probably do it right there.
To be blunt, the SOE Devs are idiots. They're worried about database space? Then why are they coming out with an expansion and a way for people to unlock a second character slot? That will add more strain. They should fix the database problem before doing anything else.
But, open mouth insert foot seems to be their policy on additions, bugs, and fixes. I love the game, truly, but it seriously has to be one of the worst-run, badly managed MMOs I've played. Even Horizons does a better job at their game, and they're filing Chapter 11.
